Through psychotherapy I help clients discover new possibilities. Therapy can help you understand your patterns, recognize your strengths and wisdom, and learn to be more effective at reaching your goals. Therapy can be an exciting journey. Seeing people make connections to who they are, embracing aspects of themselves, connecting in relation to others, and thriving from a more insight-based perspective is my goal. I specialize in individual psychotherapy and couples. I work with clients who are interested in growth and want to make meaningful change in their lives. The clients I see tend to be interested in engaging in emotionally deep, and insight oriented psychotherapy with the goal of understanding and changing unhelpful relating styles. My therapeutic foundation is Cognitive Behavioral, which focuses on how our thoughts affect our feelings, and how those impact our behaviors. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to blend techniques to customize plans for clients. Assessments are used to assist clients in understanding their personality type & its meaning.
