I am a clinical psychologist using cognitive-behavioral techniques to help adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral problems, including anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, substance abuse, grief and loss, sleep issues, and work stress. I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds to help them develop skills to manage life's challenges so that they may reach their potential in life and achieve happiness. I completed my undergraduate training at Rhode Island College, my M.S. and Psy.D. at Indiana State University, and my postdoctoral clinical training at Brown University.
