I believe the counseling relationship should be a partnership where you and I contribute to setting goals and objectives based on your concerns and what you wish to accomplish in counseling. I work with adults and adolescents, individually, in groups, or as families. Like the white birch laden with the heavy snows of spring, we can sometimes benefit from someone brushing the snow away and lifting the weight from us.
