My ideal client is someone who seeks a collaborative therapy process, one that is dynamic and active. I'm not a quiet and reserved therapist. I get involved, ask questions, offer suggestions and solutions. I want you to work and think and explore how you became distressed and with my assistance, we can identify causes to your conflicts and struggles and how they are perpetuated. Sometimes we identify patterns and irrational perceptions we can challenge and correct. My training is diverse which allows us to find workable solutions to your problems. I find that understanding the sources of our troubles can help us to comprehend our behavior and feelings. Then we can seek to find corrective approaches to getting our needs met in this world, whether at work, in relationships, or in accepting ourselves. I have a specialty in clinical hypnosis which aids treatment for psychological problems as well as habits and assisting treatment of medical issues. Hypnosis can be a very creative process to use and learn . I have also become Board Certified in Neurofeedback which I now offer as a part of my practice.
