Whether you're dealing with depression, grief, anxiety, or the aftermath of trauma, I offer a warm, gentle and caring environment. I believe that people are very resilient and can transcend the toughest of obstacles. My goal is to assist clients in their journey towards healing and guide them when they feel stuck. I have experience working with a variety of populations, including military veterans.
