I specialize in supporting my clients through grief, loss and life transition experiences. Grief and loss can be devastating and isolating experiences. I understand how confusing and upsetting loss and change can be. I am offering a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your experiences, emotions and innate healing abilities. I work with people after the loss of a loved one, parents in transition into parenthood, people experiencing career transitions and other life adjustment issues. If you are feeling overwhelmed, alone and sad I would be honored to help you reconnect with hope and joy in your life. Life after loss can feel overwhelming.
