I offer therapy for people with a variety of concerns who range in age from adolescent through adulthood. Many challenges can present themselves as we navigate through life and we can all use a little extra support from time to time. I work with my clients to meet them where they are and to help them move towards their goals for emotional growth and healing. My approach includes a blend of assessing what is going on in the present as well as working toward an understanding of what past events and decisions have brought the person to where they are at now. My practice specialties include working with eating disorders, substance abuse, and problematic gaming and internet use.
