All human beings are born with the capacity to be mentally healthy, at peace and happy. This capacity for wellness is never lost, it just gets forgotten or 'lost sight of' for a variety of reasons. My passion is to help people realize this fact. I help people overcome symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, PTSD, Addictions and many other mental health concerns. I also help people heal from Grief and Loss, create Harmonious Relationships, regain Self Esteem, reduce or eliminate Daily Stress and live with Ease and Purpose. My services include both Mental Health Counseling and Life Coaching. My Counseling and Life Coaching work are based on simple, common sense principles that explain how the human mind works. I meet people where they are and help them understand these principles in a way that is relevant to them. Once understood, the sky is the limit for achieving wellness. My work is collaborative, positive, educational and present moment focused because healing and change happen now, not in the past. I listen deeply and engage in a respectful dialogue with each client. I am accompanied by my Therapy Dog, Quinn who helps people relax and feel welcome.
