I offer a broad and deep set of trainings which in a very practical way help people grow: emotionally, behaviorally, spiritually. Potential clients will find evidence based methods, flexibility of approach, and a willingness to listen collaboratively. The goals that we develop together will feel sensible, clear, doable, and exciting. This is a very active therapy. From all my learnings I have developed my own form of psychotherapy Whatever your challenges, I fit my care to you.I will use a Graphic Ap- proach to illustrate difficult concepts.I frequently refer people to exact areas of texts for answers-to supplement our sessions and clarify new areas of work. I frequently work w/great challenges and love motivation work. I have developed 350 methods for using graphics to aid in psychotherapy. I believe in physical exercise, meditation and spirituality for enriching the process of change. I work as hard as you in sessions.Empowerment is my style. I have spent many years studying hypnotherapy, meditation, golf, and mind body medicine.
