The style I use is eclectic and offers compassionate understanding in a relaxed environment that supports growth and personal exploration for individuals, couples, and families. My methods include the use of creative expression through creative play, art, dramatic play, music, puppetry, creative writing, sculpture, painting, and other varied methods of imaginative self-expression for clients from 0-17 and adults who are interested. I also offer traditional talk therapies designed for clients to develop solution-focused ideas to their own problems as the goal is for each client to become their own best expert. With Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), I am able to support people who have been through traumatic events including physical injury, grief and loss, chronic abuse, community violence, domestic violence, combat violence, accidents, and more. Some clients may be stuck with old ideas that no longer serve them and are ready to reshape their personal beliefs with the use of TIR. Wherever you are in life, I can help you find new meaning and purpose on your journey.
