I believe in a person's capacity to heal and change. Through an integrative therapeutic approach, I help my clients develop insight and make meaning out of their experiences in order to find renewed hope for their circumstances. Whatever it is that brings you here -whether you constantly feel depressed, stressed or anxious, you struggle to navigate life transitions, you find yourself feeling as if you are sleep-walking through life, you have difficulty with relationships or maybe you just feel lost - we will work together to reduce your suffering and help you find out who you really are. I have expertise working with clients who are struggling with issues of grief and loss, are survivors of traumatic experiences, and clients who struggle with substance abuse. In addition to utilizing traditional talk therapy, I am trained in EMDR, mindfulness, and other cognitive and behavioral techniques. It can feel like a daunting task to find "the right" therapist. During our initial consultation, we will discuss if we are a "good fit" and if we are not, I will assist you in finding what you need.
