My experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual and physical abuse, and self-esteem issues as well as Bi-polar disorder. I am trained in CBT and EMDR therapy to address anxiety and trauma. Work also includes helping clients improve communication skills, develop assertiveness, and self-esteem building. I am a Bi-lingual therapist and am able to provide counseling in both English and Spanish. Se puede proveer terapia en Espanol.
