What are you experiencing right now? We can start there. Therapy should be a process by which you and I work together to meet goals you determine. Just as you are unique, your therapeutic experience should be as well. I will expect honesty and effort from you in our work together, and you can expect guidance and compassion from me. I am truly interested in your progress in finding peace of mind. I love the work that I do because I love being involved with people who are making positive changes in their lives. You can make these changes too. Experience working with adolescents, families, and adults from ages 18-65 has taught me that the best answer doesn't necessarily come from using one type of therapy. My specialty is integrative therapy- using the applicable sections of treatments to create a tailor-made approach to your care. Our time together doesn't have to fit a traditional approach; if you're more comfortable talking while we walk, then we can do it! I'm a huge proponent of client involvement and ownership of your treatment. We will work together to create lasting changes for you.
