I am an interactive, solution focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is aimed at providing support and practical feedback to assist individuals and couples with adjusting to life's challenges. My practice is open to adolescents and adults. I have over fifteen years experience as a Board Certified Clinical Social Worker. My practice integrates aspects of solution focused, psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness based cognitive therapy. I am flexible in my approach and will stay open to the approach that best serves your needs. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and abuse. My office is centrally located in the Federal Hill section of Providence, Rhode Island. Appointments are currently available on Monday and Friday. I accept most major insurance carriers. I can also accommodate private pay options. I look forward to working with you.
