I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 16 years of experience working with adults, children and families. My specialties with adults include marriage, codependency, boundary issues, relationship improvement, survivors of child abuse, grief, effects of divorce, depression, anxiety, anger, and spiritual growth. I have had extensive experience with children's issues including grief, divorce adjustment, abuse/trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and aggression. I take a strong "systems" focus when working with children, involving the parents/guardians and other family members as much as possible in the process. I have had several years experience doing parent training as well. I am able to provide family therapy for families who are willing to be seen together; this can provide insights into many problems that individual adult or child therapy may not.
