I work holistically (mind/body/spirit) with individuals, through a variety of modalities. I believe, as individuals, we are continually bringing forth new potentialities and possibilities. In therapy, we will work together to understand the places where you feel stuck, overwhelmed or enslaved, both internally and externally. My hybrid background has deepened my sensitivity toward people wrestling with spirituality and religious belonging, life transitions, sexual orientation, relational challenges and childhood trauma. I work with individuals who suffer from prolonged and/or acute trauma. Such work understands the trauma from the inside, slowly working toward integration. Together we work on giving the traumatic experience a place in your own story releasing you from being a victim to it. In staying consistent with her holistic approach to healing, Dr. Graham has earned additional certifications in Nutrition and it affects on mental health, Yoga Instructor. She is respected practitioner of EMDR and EFT (for trauma) and offers a wide range of modalities for helping couples in their relationships.
