Sometimes we all need a little help. Whether it is working through complex emotional issues or getting the counseling you need to handle a legal issue. My approach is client centered, meaning that I take the time to assess your needs and goals. From there, we formulate a plan and move toward reducing your symptoms and achieving your goals. I have experience and training in a variety of treatment modalities. I use a person centered approach as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, traditional talk therapy, mindfulness as well as motivational enhanced interviewing and treatment. I have a breadth of experience working with individuals to reduce and manage their symptoms. I meet you where you are at emotionally. I will work with you to develop skills and treatment goals that are effective and will help you in the long run.
