One thing I have learned, after working with many different clients across many settings, is that when you are hit by unexpected trauma, loss, grief, health or personal issues is that it is impossible for the experience not to have an effect on your personal, family and work relationships. Having someone you can talk to who will take the time to understand what you want, as well as, help you clarify what steps are in your best interests is invaluable. I offer client centered services that offer a synergy of mental health, advanced nursing and pastoral counseling experience. I enjoy working with individuals, as well as families, and helping them improve their quality of life as well as strengthen their relationships. I am most experienced in the areas of PTSD/Trauma, Anxiety, Mental Health, Personal Relationships,and Chronic illness. I am able to address spiritual concerns as well. I would welcome the opportunity to support you and help you resolve any issues you may be experiencing, whether they come from an emotional upset, physical trauma, illness or any combination. I offer traditional sessions, intensive sessions, Rapid Trauma Resolution Therapy, pastoral counseling, health assessments and collaborative nursing case management.
