I have a long history of working successfully with people with different income levels and cultural backgrounds. I help them change their lives for the better. I have decades of experience working either directly or indirectly with people from the cradle to the grave. My approach is to meet all people where they are without judgment or assuming how clients are without getting to know them one-to-one. One of the most important aspects of the my counseling is building a comfortable relationship with clients. I want them to feel completely safe about sharing their concerns in confidence. Having attended West Virginia University, Howard University, & Georgia State University, I have an earned doctorate in psychology (specializing in behavior modification, school, community/organizational psychology). Working title: "Dr. JParker" except in formal situations. I design and evaluate behavior change programs and advise people interested in rapidly accelerating their movement towards success in life. Working as a behavioral consultant, I am also host and executive producer for the television show called Changing Lives in America addressing serious national problems.
