I am here to offer a space for you to come and connect with me. Here we can explore your experiences together. I find that our connection will grow and become more comfortable over time as we get to know each other. This process will vary for each person since we are all individually unique and connect in our own ways. I welcome clients of all ages with life issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, self-care, health and wellness, self-esteem, behavioral/anger issues, and sexual/physical abuse. I am open to seeing couples and families with varying issues. My therapeutic technique is calm and sensitive. We will work at your own pace. I can be creative and find that some play therapy can be useful, especially for the younger population, depending on each client's therapeutic process. I received my Master's of Arts in Community Counseling at Argosy University and my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology at Kennesaw State University. I am married and recently became a dog lover when we adopted our first dog. I look forward to joining you in your journey when you are ready.
