Coping with change can be a very difficult, often overwhelming, part of life, yet change is something we all face. Life is chaotic enough without added crisis, and for many people, therapy is the only time they have that's just for them. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping people of all ages navigate obstacles and emerge stronger. I encourage people to take an active part in their well-being and am pleased to say that I have been continually rewarded by their successes. I have been practicing as a therapist for over 20 years providing treatment to children, adolescents and adults for a wide range of issues but have extensive training and expertise in the area of trauma.
