Getting therapy for yourself or for someone in your family is a courageous step! Even if you have tried therapy before with limited success, give me a try. My committment to you is to honor your bravery while gently encouraging you to look deeper and to move forward. I use art, music, sculpting, and other creative outlets to help adults and teens past difficult circumstances. Also, I use Play Therapy with children ages 3 to 10. Play is a child's most natural coping skill and their most versatile language. Whatever your age, I can help you live more freely. Together, you and I will use our creativity to help you discover things about yourself and your worldview that you may not have experienced before. I can be your guide to creative and fun methods for finding relief from trauma, emotional wounds, depression, anxiety, and many other issues. I have over 10 years experience working directly with troubled youth, children, and adults as well as with families. I operate from a family-focused Christian counseling perspective that respects your beliefs. My office is in the Life Development Center, which is on campus at the Church At Chapel Hill.
