My practice is client-centered and focuses on helping individuals adapt, reflect and cope with struggles in a supportive and safe environment. I work with children of all ages and adults, individually, and as a family and have experience treating individuals from diverse education, racial, religious and sexual orientation backgrounds. I primarily use evidence-based treatment approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral) tailored to meet your needs and/or those of your family. I treat a broad range of problems, including anxiety, depression, stress management, parenting/child behavior problems, and managing health conditions and healthy lifestyle changes. My specialty training includes a doctorate in medical (clinical health) psychology and a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Other specialty trainings include an internship in behavioral medicine/developmental disabilities and a postdoctoral fellowship in developmental pediatrics at Brown Alpert Medical School. My office is located on the East Side of Providence. I am generally available for appointments during the day Monday through Thursday at this time. I am looking forward to working with you.
