I am committed to working with my clients to help them break free from the negative impact depression, anxiety, and trauma have on their lives. I am convinced that identifying an individual's strengths and appreciating areas of vulnerability helps create a well-balanced, healthy individual. I appreciate the importance of mind, body, and spirit and how each contribute to our overall mental health. I take an eclectic approach to working with my clients as "one size does not fit all." I work with my clients to identify their goals and create a plan to help achieve them. I work with a variety of clients from the ages of 10+. I enjoy working with children/adolescents and families, young adults and adults, as well as couples. I have worked with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, relational issues, and anger management. My office provides a warm, comfortable, and safe environment to begin the journey to health and healing. I have the ability to offer treatment for individuals, couples, families, and play therapy for children.
