Although I welcome anyone that feels my therapy style may be of help to them, I work extensively with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues, family conflict, self esteem/self concept, and behavioral issues. Therapy is a process not a destination and, for many, it involves ongoing goal- oriented activities. For others, it is a chance for them to reconnect with themselves, relate differently to their experiences, and take control of their mental health and well being. My therapy style is integrative and pulls from both traditional and experiential methods of healing. I believe in the mind-body connection and the idea that my clients are the expert of their narrative. My job is to help you process, accept, or change this narrative to meet your individual needs and goals
