I can help you with specific problems in your life, but I also want you to feel more satisfied and engaged overall in your work and relationships, and more comfortable in your own skin. We can work together on what gets in the way of leading the more vital, connected, and productive life you want. I will create a space for us to safely and productively explore together, where any thoughts and feelings are welcomed. Within this space, I will actively listen, provide my ideas and understandings, and help you to develop useful understandings of yourself as well. I have over 25 years of experience working with a wide range of adults and college students in individual psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. I provide clinical supervision at Madonna University and with psychoanalytic candidates, teach courses to experienced clinicians, and am actively engaged with my local professional community. I am passionate about working with people who are wrestling with their life's challenges - current issues, developmental hurdles, or echoes of the past that never seem to go away. We work together to find new resolutions, manage transitions and strong feelings, and live life more fully.
