Is communication with your child/teen, partner, or with other family members a struggle? Are you having difficulty coping with life's challenges? Do you feel anxious, angry or depressed? We all experience a range of emotions but at times we may become overwhelmed with these emotions to the point that we feel stuck. Counseling can provide the support that is sometimes necessary, while assisting you to navigate life's challenges. I believe that each individual's experience is unique and that by providing a safe, accepting and nonjudgemental environment the process of healing, change and personal growth can occur. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who enjoys working with Children, Adolescents, Adults and Families. I view the therapeutic relationship that develops between us as a collaborative partnership. I provide individual,family, and couples counseling in the office as well as therapeutic services in the home. Counseling sessions can be scheduled Monday through Saturday,with evening hours available Monday through Friday.
