Life is a happy, complex, scary ride and often we're traveling with an old map. This old map was written a long time ago by outdated experiences. A map based on old long ago outdated experiences, keeps taking us to the same places, over and over again. I offer holistic counseling based wellness using a combination of Complementary & Alternative approaches _with traditional talk therapy. e.g. intuitive, experiential work, energy work, shamanic work, dreams, hypnosis, trancework, metaphor, sound, art, yoga). My years of work in Buddhist and Yogic traditions come to bear in this process. I am dedicated to operating within this model. What story are you living? Everyone goes in and out of trance every day. because it is a naturally occurring state. The only difference with hypnosis is that you and I will be leading you into that state purposefully, and utilizing it to help you achieve your goals.
