I also specialize in working through past trauma and changing old patterns. Although my primary orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy, I tailor my sessions to each individual. This means I employ various techniques from gestalt, psychodynamic, reality therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. My practice focuses on working with adults. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am a network provider for most insurances and my office accepts credit cards and FSA Debit Cards. I offer evening hours for your convenience.
