I am a thoughtful, caring, therapist and life coach with over 16 years of experience helping individuals and couples solve problems and enrich, and stimulate their lives. I believe therapy relies as much on the connection between my clients and myself as the process of the work we do together. Through the years I have worked with teens, adults, gay and straight couples, families, and groups. I also teach an Artist Way Class about connecting with creativity. I love my work and feel lucky to do what I do. My professional strengths lie in my authentic interest in my clients and the issues they struggle with. My style is eclectic. I approach each client according to their needs. In addition to my training and experience as a psychotherapist, I am also a trained Personal Life Coach. I work with clients all over the country who are focused and motivated to fulfill their dreams. It is a joy and a challenge for me to watch clients blossom.
