My goal is to provide you with a safe place where you can find perspective on your journey toward healing and wholeness. I am experienced in working with a wide range of presenting issues, including but not limited to: distressed couples, divorce recovery, blended families, codependency, spiritual/ministry issues, anxiety, abuse recovery, trauma recovery, depression and grief. I am also the director and clinical supervisor at Refuge Counseling Center LLC. I am a Christian and I'm comfortable integrating your faith into the counseling process. You do not need to adhere to any specific faith to seek services with me. In particular, I am passionate about working with distressed couples and women's issues. In couples work I primarily use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, a style of therapy that focuses on attachment, primary emotions, addressing unhealthy patterns of interaction between partners, and fostering new intimate relationships. Refuge Counseling Center LLC is a community resource and outreach ministry of Crossroads Community Church. The center offers professional and confidential services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing life distress and emotional difficulties. We believe in offering outstanding professional services that are affordable and accessible.
