As a seasoned therapist, I still love my work! Do you feel your life is not working? Do you struggle with feelings of sadness, grief, anxiety or panic attacks? I have a doctorate in Counseling Psychology, with 28 years of experience. My gift is this: I'm able to zone in on your current issues, identify the underlying problems and support you to embrace enduring change. I provide a safe place for healing. I advocate for the collaborative approach. My goal is to identify your needs, together develop a solid treatment plan, support you to achieve your goals, and transition you out of therapy. Therapy is about giving you necessary tools to enhance your life in an accepting and a welcoming environment. My practice is located in a climate-control professional building, handicapped accessible,from the parking lot level.
