I am a firm believer in the transformative power of therapy. So often, I encounter individuals who just feel "stuck" in their lives. Some of them have felt this way for years before seeking help! Working collaboratively, I strive to guide clients in finding the obstacles standing in the way of their ability to live their best lives. I use an eclectic approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Working from a strengths-based and person-centered perspective, treatment is tailored to address each individual's unique needs and goals.
