I place great importance on creating a safe and non-judgmental environment in which my clients can freely explore their thoughts and feelings. Through open processing and the creation of healthy coping skills, I assist my clients in working though what is causing them to feel defeated or unable to progress. I work primarily with adolescents and adults on a variety of topics such as suicidal ideation/self-harm, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, life transitions, substance abuse and gender concerns, plus so much more.
