Whether you seek freedom from psychological suffering, greater clarity on important problems and decisions in your life, or growth toward your highest potential as a spiritual being, it would be an honor for me to assist you in your journey. My goal as your counselor would be to serve you with empathy and honesty, not judgment. I often teach clients mindfulness and meditation practices that I have used myself for many years and which are increasingly being accepted as important therapeutic tools for a variety of types of counseling clients. Most of my experience as a counselor has been with clients dealing with anxiety, including panic attacks and post-traumatic stress. I also have helped clients dealing with depression, mood swings, relationship issues and other problems. My counseling is shaped not only by my education and training, but from nearly four decades of meditation, self-examination and spiritual growth practices which have helped me understand psychological processes and what helps to free oneself from psychological suffering.
