As a pastoral psychotherapist with over twenty years' experience, I integrate spirituality and psychology, working with adults on depression and anxiety, grief and life transition, such as job change, moving, family changes and loss. I trained in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and incorporate this in my work with individuals as well as in mbct groups. A former parish pastor, I work with individual clergy, clergy groups and church groups as well as people of all or no faith traditions. I am also a writer and enjoy leading retreats and workshops combining spirituality and creative writing. Therapy by phone and/or Skype is also available.
