Angela Wilson (Salter)
Counselor, MS, LPC, CPCS
Braselton, Georgia 30517

The goal of my practice is to assist individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional or behavioral problems and who are interested in the pursuit of self-exploration and personal growth. Counseling, or therapy, is considered a collaborative, cooperative, problem-solving process, actively involving both the client and counselor, to bring about emotional and behavioral change. As your counselor, my role is to guide your interpersonal process of exploration, insight, healing and change. I specialize in therapy with adults, adolescents, and couples who are experiencing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, traumatic events (both from childhood and in adulthood), relationship concerns, and adjustment to major life transitions (e.g, marriage, divorce, loss/grief, pregnancy, career). With a focus on strengths rather than pathology, I help clients recognize how their past experiences are connected with their current concerns.
