I SPECIALIZE in helping Adolescents, Young Adults, and Adults with Mental Health and/or Substance Use problems. ADOLESCENCE is a time of tremendous growth and change. Teens and their parents may need help to navigate these changes successfully. YOUNG ADULTS are in an important life transition which can be stressful. Clarifying values and goals while remaining true to oneself is crucial. All ADULTS experience the ups and downs of normal life. It can be helpful to talk about them to sort out our thoughts and feelings. If you are having problems with depression, anxiety, anger, alcohol & drugs, relationships/marriages, or any other personal issues, therapy can make a positive difference in your life.
