I received my Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from Liberty University in 2004. After working in the business field for several years, I realized that I wanted to be able to work with people on a deeper level. In 2014 I received my Master's of Arts in Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary in Oviedo, FL and now practice as a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with the counseling practice of Elisabeth A. Edwards, MA, LMHC, LMFT and Associates in Gainesville, FL. I specialize in Couples Therapy and the treatment of Trauma and Abuse Recovery, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Anger Management, and Sexual Addictions, including Pornography. With my clients I employ Object Relations Theory, Existential Theory, Gestalt Therapy, Attachment Theory, Relational Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
