I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, relational issues and addictions. I have worked in university settings, hospital and residential settings and outpatient treatment centers. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, couples and families. I use a variety of modalities in my work, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Relational Therapy. I work closely with you to determine the appropriate treatment modality and to deliver effective and supportive treatment. Throughout the year, I will be leading a Dialectical Behavior Therapy group weekly for women over the age of 18. Please note, the office does not have the ability to receive text messages. My focus is on building a trusting relationship that will allow you to feel safe, comfortable and able to address the problems and issues that are preventing you from leading a happy and fulfilling life.
