I love the work that I do because I love people, each with their unique strengths, joys, challenges, quirkiness, and vulnerabilities. In my role as your therapist, I am privileged to be involved in and explore your life experience. I have a warm, compassionate, down-to-earth style along with a common-sense approach to solving problems. I will work with you to identify and resolve current stressors, and if necessary, do the work to heal past wounds which get in the way of living your fullest life. I specialize in EMDR and trauma treatment. I have extensive experience with PTSD, anxiety, dissociative and mood disorders, including depression and bipolar disorder. I work with adults of all ages, including young adults and college students. Additionally, I have a great deal of experience working with LGBT individuals. I embrace technology to make your experience as easy and efficient as possible. My office is conveniently located on the East Side with ample parking, steps from a RIPTA bus stop.
