As a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience, I work with individuals and couples. I have extensive experience with caregivers,older adults and their families, both individually and in groups. I strongly believe that people have the ability to change and grow. Through therapy I offer my clients the opportunity to have more choices and to see more possibilities for their lives. I approach a client's struggle in a heartfelt manner, paying attention to the deeper messages beneath surface communication.
