As a sex therapist it is a specialized area of psychotherapy exploring sexuality. Much like traditional talk therapy, treatment consists of talking to a therapist about difficulties and concerns, with an emphasis on sexuality and gender. Concerns can range from sexual addiction, sexual identity, sexual relationships, BDSM and kink exploration. My goal as a therapist is to serve as a compassionate witness, creating a safe space for clients to explore their whole selves - body, mind, and spirit. Together, we can map the territory of your lived experience and find the road that leads to a place of knowing confidence.
