As an intensively trained DBT, CBT, and TF-CBT clinician I offer a mindful, balanced perspective while supporting the skill building process. Life can be challenging and unpredictable. My specialty is supporting people who have experienced trauma (in whatver form that has taken for you) to balance their lives and find positivity. For over 10 years I've been working with children, adolescents, adults, and elders through individual, family and couples counseling formats. I will support you in strengthening relationships, building strategies to make your life more effective, and connecting you to who you really want to be. I have years of experience providing parenting, family, and couples supports to cope with divorce, grief, domestic violence, and developmental challenges. Communication and conflict resolution skills are fundamental parts of these relationships. I have experience coordinating with schools to support the use of behavioral modification for children/adolescents to improve academic performance and behaivoral concerns. Through DBT work, I specialize in supporting adults and adolescents who experience: self-harmful behaviors, chronic suicidality, intense fear of rejection or abandonment, legal issues, substance abuse concerns, and other problematic behaviors.
