I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering brief and extended therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. I specialize in therapeutic methods to enhance thoughts and beliefs that positively affect performance. I will help you unleash your full potential by "coaching up your mental agility". I have been a coach/consultant in football, basketball, and track & field for over 20 years. I also speak for various organizations and institutions on clinical topics, relationships, educational equity, and sports coaching techniques/mental agility. I also facilitate workshops and consult with schools and organizations on diversity/inclusion practices.
