Someone much wiser than me once said that not everyone needs counseling, but that everyone deserves it, and it is for that reason that I've tried to make my services accessible. My fees are reasonable, and I am flexible with regard to session times and location. While my primary office location is in Creve Coeur, I can make accommodations to meet with Clients in the community. I also provide distance counseling at a special rate. I have experience in working with adults and adolescents, individuals and families, and I have helped to treat symptoms of depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and substance abuse, as well as many other issues. If you've been considering talking to a counselor, but don't know if you "need" it, keep in mind that something that you don't need can still be helpful.
