HI! Are you feeling stuck in some old ways of living, and just can't seem to break the spell? Many times obstacles become great teachers as we learn to negotiate our lives in new ways. I'd love to be a witness to your current life, and a sounding board to help you reflect more clearly on what is getting in the way. People tell me my sincere and caring ways help in inner healing - whether you're undergoing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction or just a feeling of unrest, I'd love to work with you! My way of working is client centered- I feel that the more perspectives one has on any issue or event in life, the healthier one becomes. Holistically oriented, I believe in the body-mind connection: cognitive behavioral therapy may work for some, while others prefer to work with their dreams. I hold licenses as an RN, a mental health counselor, and a chemical dependency professional. This broadens my own perspective in dealing with issues. I love to work with people who are tired of repeating their old patterns, are open to change, and trust the perfection of their journey.
