I have been a licensed mental health counselor for nearly 20 years and licensed substance abuse professional for over 15 years. My focus is to support your individual personal growth and development, to help you resolve your problems, and to enable you to achieve your desired goals. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach that focuses on identifying individual strengths and recognizing problematic behaviors. I work with individuals, couples and families to foster healthier lifestyles and learning how to develop life-changing coping skills. Some of my specialties include adjustment issues, depression and anxiety, relationship problems, eating disorders and addiction and recovery issues.
