I do individual and marital therapy and use a variety of therapy techniques to help clients work through issues that may be interfering with living a healthy, full life. My goal is to provide my clients with a safe, constructive environment where they can find solutions and bring about positive change. I specialize in EMDR, a therapy helpful in resolving painful memories and trauma. Using EMDR, clients are often able to release emotionally charged events that have affected them. I have been using this therapy for several years with great success. This can be particularly helpful with anxiety and grief issues.
