I am an adoption, fertility and parenting coach and work with women,and all types of couples.If you are having trouble getting pregnant, considering adoption,or other alternative family building methods, I can help you navigate this difficult time.As a bio-adoptive parent who spent 10 years building my family,I know how complicated decisions can be and how hard it is deciding to move to next steps.Take a look at my website, www.annebelden.com , and see if it feels like a possible fit. The desire to parent is one of our deepest drives.Journeying through fertility challenges, adoption and parenthood is easier with someone walking alongside, asking questions and clarifying needs and desires.Coaching is different from and similar to therapy. Mind/Body awareness, Gestalt, and Co-Active Coaching all inform my work. My formal education is a BS in Child Development/and MS in Human Development/Family Relations. My coach training is through the Gestalt Institute of Philadelphia,and the Coaches Training Institute, California. I have additional training/certification through the Domar Mind Body Center at Boston IVF and Martha Beck Inc. .
